I personally use this seedbox's server for more than a one year
normally its a seedbox server where you can buy server
and done setup by yourself if you have programming knowledge
and use it with unlimited traffic . Price is reasonable and all trackers are allowed both private and public.
server configuration is also good 32gb . 64gb ram with core i different version processors are visible from dashboard .
from dashboard you can restart your all clients like rutorrent deluge or any other apps .

Their share seedbox is very cheap imo but dedicated seedboxes price is bit higher ,
in dedicated seedbox you can have all apps in one click option in dashboard also rapidleech deluge rutorrent all is available
in hetzner German ip's seedbox .

Hetzner server's seedbox creation is super fast if you are using dedicated box single user or share box with few members loaded in the box . Also in hetzner server box you can set piece size while you creating the box in that way file creation become very fast .

Overall i can say if you are looking for unlimited traffic's good seedbox as share and dedicated
Hetzner server is not a bad option at all .

hetzer is an normal hosting provider, of cause they allow "every traffic" but when you get an dcma notice they shut the server down. so in fact "public" trackers should be avoided at all. even reseller like walkerserver will kick your hetzner server with an dcma notice. there is absolute no evidence that they allow public torrenting or ignore dcma.

I had used hetzner server for almost 2 years
without any dcma problem seeding ratio everything have no issue
Idk what issue you are facing exactly even public trackers they also allowed by downloading .

this means hetzner is not a seedbox provider for public torrenting.
