highest quality available
FLAC for sure
Mostly 320kbps. Only download FLAC when i really like the artist
FLAC is preferable but 320kbps is still great.
Now that phones have so much memory, I try to get everything in DRM-Free ALAC (aka Apple Lossless) for my Apple devices. I have a "someday" project of converting all my ALAC files to FLAC as long lasting backups.
I took a studio recording class in college and I believe the professor said that above 192kbps, studies show that the human ear is incapable of physiologically distinguishing any more quality. That said, I keep tons of FLAC and WAV of important recordings
Only FLAC
FLAC for me...:musical_note:
My favorite is opus 160 kbps from lossless. It’s lightweight and I cannot perceive any quality difference with lossless music. Otherwise FLAC.
