FLAC for sure.
I can't stand listening to low bitrate audio, the artifacts sound terrible (swishing/mushy high end frequencies and flat/missing low end frequencies).

320kbps is good for me as i use ipod so i dont have tbs of space in it
320 kbps. Over the years have updated my collection with only 320kbps songs.
No reason not to be using FLAC these days, it's a no brainer.
lossless is just unbeatable - but for good size bitrates - itunes VBR AAC does a very good job.
flac/lossless is better
Flac/lossless and 320 kbps depending on the playback device.
Gotta be flac. Was fortunate enough to be a member of what.cd when it was up and got my whole collection in flac.
Lossless!!! Container - ALAC. Ipod classic loves it!
FLAC no doubt, I always try to get hi res 24 bit 96K if I can.
