First purchased audio cassette tape:Genesis - Invisible Touch ( Atlantic 81641-4-E )

Favourite 8-track as a small child was an 8-track cassette of Simon & Garfunkel - Greatest Hits :P

I got to pick out 3 of my first CDs at the same time for Christmas, the year I got my first CD player.

the first one I bought was quench by the beautiful south in 1999 ....i just liked the single perfect ten :)

When I was a kid went into Tower Records and bought Space Jam the soundtrack.

I don't even remember why I wanted the soundtrack, but that is the first cd I ever bought.

Not sure about CD but I remember my first audio cassette was "Mr Vain" by Culture Beat.

That song is still a guilty pleasure of mine to this day.
