Ripping from spotify on windows (not from sound card?)

I know everyone uses audacity, or some other soundcard recorder, but im curious if there are any audio rippers for spotify, there was a deezer downloader that actually ripped the audio file and made it into a real 320 mp3, spotify used to have spotydl, but that's been long gone and i think it just recorded audio. I know linux has something that rips audio from spotify, and you need to have a premium account to do it, but I was hoping windows had something? I dont use linux so I wonder if there is no windows alternative, if someone was willing to help me out eh eh? lol
