Pre-Coronavirus, Adam Lambert & Christina Aguilera Were Set to Tour Together

Before the global coronavirus pandemic shut down the concert industry, an Adam Lambert and Christina Aguilera summer tour was in the works.

"There was a whole plan to tour w @xtina this summer around the US. Big venues too!" Lambert, a self-professed "OG Christina Aguilera fan," revealed on Twitter Sunday afternoon (May 3). "But unfortunately everything went into Lock Down before we were ready to announce."

To the relief of fans freaking out in the comments section, he added that they are waiting to see if they'll be able to reschedule those dates.

Lambert dropped the surprising news in response to a tweeted suggestion that the pair live stream together from their homes for a duet of "Just a Fool," the Lotus album track that Aguilera ended up recording with Blake Shelton; before that, Lambert had actually recorded a demo of the track.
