Not a child of the 80s, but definitely the 80s/90s. You can't pinpoint that though. Depends what you grew up with. To me, the best music is yet to be made. We do, however, seem to be stuck in a downward spiral at the moment, especially when it comes to pop music. :D

Despite I adore the 90', undoubtedly the 70s with rock are the best decade for music.
-
70s no doubt. And 80s because of Prince of course
-
The 80's of course! :D what else?
-
The 80s, it was about the producers and the one hit wonders, just loved that decade. 90s was okay, started getting to much indie, alternative, and grunge for my liking.
I'd say the 70s come second with heaps of west coast rock, disco, and euro pop.
