I will be interested about what's the average amount of speed your seedbox is working. This is a really important question, since by traffic limitation this speed is also limited.
For example 5TB monthly traffic means around 2MB/s average upload speed, which is not too much.

That's what the seedboxes are for :) To make nice buffers on several trackers easily. By the way that's why I don't like limited bandwitch seedboxes, because even if they can seed faster invidual torrents, by using them we can very easily run out of bandwitch which is actually not too much. It sounds like a bombastic thing, that wow, they offer 5TB bandwitch with 20Gbps speed, which is more than enough, but in reality 5TB bandwitch means a 100% 0-24 used 20Mbps network.Quote:

Don't know about you but this can last me for a supply of TV shows for a lifetime. And I really don't care if I make this buffer in 1 month, 1 week or 1 day. Still the same buffer
Anyway in conclusion....average seedbox speed makes little to no difference. It's up to the end user to decide which seedbox to purchase according to his needs which can be hard disk space, speed, bandwidth, budget...and the list goes on

Actually I wanna earn as much TB upload as possible on several trackers without buying too expensive seedboxes and without wasting my whole day with it. So right now I am changing the torrents in my seedbox in every 2-3 days by removing the ones, which does not reached big enough ratio and adding fresh ones to it, which has or probably will have lot of leechers. I have asked this question, because I am not sure about that seeing sometimes 2MB/s, sometimes 5MB/s, sometimes 10 MB/s and rarely above 20MB/s upload speed is actually good or not if the seedbox has 1Gbps network connection. I believe that this speed is only depending on the torrents which I am actually seeding. In support tickets the seedbox host said, that it might be a good idea to stop the other torrents when downloading new ones. For some reason that tactic does not work out for me. So after a few weeks of analyzing what I can see is that I am only able to get nice upload speeds for a short amount of time, when other seedboxes are downloading from me.Quote:

I use mine own seedbox located at netherland and gets maximum upload speed of 150 - 250 MBPS while download speed is 200 MBPS if downloading or uploading on ipt, hdtorrents, bithq etc.
Speed varies tracker to tracker.

my speed also varies from tracker to tracker, but i've seen it get over 150 in swarms.
how many Gbps is your connection @MrRana?
I think I normally get 3mbps, but I have seen it get up to 5 a couple of times.

I've seen a max of 90mbps Up & Down on an un-metered 1Gbps seedbox hosted in Netherlands. There are some pretty cheap ones if you look around.
Think my 1st seedbox is my long term one avarage upload of about 8mbps. 2nd has around 30-40 mbps avarage, :)
