seed box for public and private trackers?

Hi i need help you see my isp seems to slowing my speeds so know i need a seed box to download.
The seed box must work on private and public trackers.
Must have good ftp speeds to.
A good speeds to download and upload would be good to.
Any one what to help me out and find me a seed box.

pulsedmedia.com, seedhost.co allow public trackers

Whatbox.ca their Quark plan with 140GB doesn't cap anything both on private and public trackers. FTP speed also great. I'm very satisfied with their services.
