rTorrent Hash Check Problem

Hello Friends

I am very new user in use for rutorrent
i installed its just 4 days ago and was able to make it workable somehow, but now i have another issue
i download a torrent file of size 26 gb (untouched bluray) and i create torrent for sharing it on another site
after create n posting it to site when i download torrent for hash checking its got crash :(
first i get error "hash check failed and too may open connection" was something similar to that cos forget to copy exact error :(

then i reboot server and get this error:

No connection to rTorrent. Check if it is really running. Check $scgi_port and $scgi_host settings in config.php and scgi_port in rTorrent configuration file

when i check setting everything was perfect
i delete lock file from /home/user/rtorrent/session/
i refresh ip/rutorrent and got same error n after reboot error was same then i delete torrent form here /home/user/rtorrent/session and resume file and .rtorrent file and reboot server it start working
and after adding torrent again same error and hash issue :(


i want to know why its getting crash always :(
i am using Kimsufi 2G Plan
