Problems with seedbox, I hope that I find help

Hi ..
from two months ago I did Subscription (contract) seedbox for a year , but from this month have left the problems
Unlimited subscription, their they say limited to max 5 TB
I said okay, because no load to 5TB months

Today seedbox closed and I can not get anything Affairs , only write to support
when they wanted to fix it they did so seedbox charge UP but without control (I mean in the Tracker UP 00 UP)
how can I make with them ????
Up to now nothing solved , and they do not care (what I think)

just visited this provider. dunno man if they are legit or not but they look very shady to me. I would stay away from shady providers. Try well-known worthy providers. give our sponsors (pulsed media) a shot. so far i had no issues with them

lol i dont get a word of what you said but im not in anyway promoting for pulsed media. I tried the box and read the reviews and i dont have any issues with them so far. in addition its like abc to know the full details about anything before u pay money for it so u can just go and ask them what are the specs in details. last of all u can give a seedbox a bad review but complaining here about them wont solve anything
