Well it depends on your needs. But if you need an overall winner then i have to suggest seedboxes.cc

I use seedroots
Cheap, fast semi-dedis that give great disk space and no bandwith limits all for around $16 a month. Cant really beat that price point.
I've used seedboxes.cc for 2 months or so (zombie shared plan), and just extended my plan to 6 months, nice way to get a discount + extra upload traffic (16 TB/months now, instead of the initial 14) . Only drawback is they won't let you have rtorrent + deluge on shared boxes, except maybe if you ask nicely.
Apart from that, their service is excellent, upload speed is very good, better than on some of the dedis I used at Feral or tal0ne, to name but a few.
Highly recommended !

I'm currently using the seedbox company (seedboxco.net) with great results, good speeds all around and there is app store so you can install plex, ZNC and many others, I've used over 5tb this month without any slow downs or problems.
