need help figuring how seedbox traffic works plz!

I have a seedbox with 1TB for traffic and I'm using ruTorrent. I downloaded a few current tv shows and a movie totaling @6gig and left the torrents there to seed. My traffic was at 2% used after 2 days. Then I added a 16 gig file of old comics. It had 2 seeders and 1 leecher -- 3 seeders counting me. After 2 days, I noticed my traffic was at 74% used. How exactly did that happen?

I blew threw nearly all of my traffic in 4 days on a file that's not really that much in demand, tho it is a big one. I already know I need to up my traffic amount, I started at Seedhost's lowest level just to dip my toe in the water, but even if I had 3 or 4 TB it wouldn't last a week at this rate.

How does 1 leecher, even downloading a 16 gig file, pull more traffic than the other 6 gigs that had multiple seeders and leechers? Math isn't my strong suit, but something isn't adding up here. I haven't figured out how to read the info that ruTorrent is giving me, so the answer may be right under my nose.

Any help here is greatly appreciated!

look at upload/download stats for each torrent, you'll find out which one used all your traffic

Will do. I really want to be able to contribute when I download and not just be a leecher.

@TP47 download does not count on your monthly bandwidth, only upload counts.
So check the torrents you are seeding. Their upload data must be close to the data you are describing ~750GB

You can also check on the tracker's website, if the uploaded GBs were credited to you or not. Almost all private trackers keep the info on every torrent you snatch including torrent-wise leech/seed amount etc.

Also make sure that you turn things like DHT, Peer Exchange, and LSD OFF if you're using private trackers. Otherwise you can connect to people outside of your private tracker and waste upload on them and not get credit for it.

Lastly, keep in mind that you're looking at the torrent stats at a point in time and observing the number of seeders and leechers. It's possible while you were away that a peer jumped in, downloaded the entire torrent, and then disconnected. So as @masonos and @torfreak have said, look at the amount of upload your torrent client is reporting as well as the amount of upload your tracker has credited you for.
