Hi I am new to private trackers, I recently downloaded one torrent from Bitspyder using bat seedbox from seedboxes.cc and another torrent from IPTorrents. Both of them say seeding but have hardly uploaded anything.

The torrent you've downloaded has tons of seeders (4000+) according to qbittorrent, so faster connections in the swarm will be the ones getting the traffic when someone downloads it. You're "competing" with all of those other seeders in the swarm when it's being downloaded. And that's the second point, someone needs to even be downloading that file for there to be anything to seed. If this file has been uploaded for a while then it's most likely not being constantly downloaded.
Private trackers receive much less traffic than public trackers, so older files don't receive as constant of traffic as they maybe would on a public tracker.
for a good test add more than a couple of torrents, the more you have on the box the more activity you will see it doing :-)
Your uploads depend on downloaders :)
Use New freeleechs for testing, they will show you how fast seedboxes.cc is.
Wouldn't worry about it, his bitspyder account has probably been disabled by now anyway.
@teeth124 Probably too late but you need to be super careful with bitspyder. It's probably possible to boost your ratio by downloading new torrents right when they're released, but your best bet is uploading your own content.
Sorry for the late reply, completely forgot I posted this! Thank you for the replies! As an update for anyone else having this issue - I just left it alone and after a couple of weeks they started uploading so I think you just have to be patient / wait till the inital swarm of seeders are over.
@teeth124 The trick to seed its to get a torrent with many leechers and low on seeders but with seedboxes these days its very difficult so my advice its keep seeding them even if you arent sending anything most trackers count the seeding time as ratio even if nothing is uploaded
