why don't you try a dedicated server but it will cost more money but more liberty

try scaleway.com, this is online.net new arm-based dedicated servers. they have a one click rutorrent ubuntu setup, plus all disks are ssd. so 12 euro forseed box and then 6 euro for every 150gb,you can have atleast ten volumes(ssd drives) attached at one time. Plus 100gb of object storage(most any amazon s3 setup will work as they copied the api/design of the storage system). first month is free too
