Download the torrent file to your PC, it's a small file but not the actual full torrent.
Go to your Seedbox and click the add torrent button, a drop down menu box appears then your search your PC for the torrent file you just downloaded, usually in downloads, select it and the torrent will start to download on your seedbox.
If you want to take this torrent and download it from your seedbox to your PC you will need an FTP client, login to FTP with your seedbox details and search for the file you wish to download to your PC.

do u want to know how to connect & operate seedbox &/or transferring data from seedbox to computer???

u know how to connect and operate on seedboxes but u want to know how to make maximum benefit of it??

Make sure your downloading new torrents with plenty of leechers and a low amount of seeders, a seedbox is not a magic thing were you can download any torrent and still build a good ratio, there's a lot of factors to take into account, seeders/leechers how fast your seedbox is and so on, also stated above your stats take a while to update on each tracker.
Some screen shots of your seedbox with a fresh torrent added to it would be a lot of help also.

Just grab popular torrents as soon as they are release that way you will improve your ratio in most trackers.
