HELP NEEDED slow upload

BitMeTV is one of the hardest trackers in the world to seed and buffer your account.

To test a seedbox you should use trackers like IPTorrents...

btw the best torrents to max your speed, are not the torrents with many seeders/leechers as you mentioned. The best torrents to get high upload speed are THE LATEST torrents that JUST uploaded. A 2 minutes old torrent will give you better upload speed than a 10 hours old torrent, even if the new torrent is not that popular and the old one is a very popular torrent!

In conclusion:
New torrent gives you good upload speed.
New + Free Leech torrent is even better.
New + Free Leech + Porn is the best combination ever :P
