Would you suggest

Advantages - dedicated IP, 90gb more space, 2 users per HDD
disadvantages: adddtional 64 euros semi-annually

1 GBit Shared Plans (NL) - HyperspeedPlan https://tal0ne.co.uk/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=5
Advantages: cheaper, 4GB ram
Disadvantages - up to 8 users per server

[B]What are advantages of a "VPS plan" and a "dedicated IP"?

TL, IPT (mainly)
AT, BG, GG

which are the main trackers that req dedi IP?

well, hyperseed seems sold out, can go for the chameleon plan, minus its 300gb and dedi ip
but the vps and the shared plans, have about the same amount of users per server.
just depends on the money u want to spend for storage is left.

HyperspeedPlan is good for your sites

only chdbits require dedicated IP,go for HyperspeedPlan
