help on feral seed box plz

hi guys

me again this time trying to figure out how to stop upload on a torrent and just let it download as want to seed the minimum when its uploading so i dont lose more bandwidth than i should, so i just want to know how to stop the upload on a torrent and just let it download does anyone know how to do this please

I am assuming your seedbox has a cap, only upload so much a month?

any idea what settings i show put the ratio groups to so i can achieve this please
