Decided to get into Seedbox. Some Queries

Hello all , I have decided to get a seedbox for myself as I have a very bad upload speed . :( Anyways , I am complete newbie when it comes to seedbox. I have never used one in my life but looking forward to buy .
So, I would be downloading like more than 700 gb per month . So, when buying seedboxes , what specifications should I consider ?
This is SS : http://prntscr.com/4iv4u3 . I am assuming that the "Storage" means the amount of stuff I will be downloading right ? and the Uplink is the Upload speed which is 1 gbps right ? and what is the "Traffic" thing ?

"Storage" means the size of hard disk that will be given to you so if you have seedbox with 500 GB,means that you can have only 500 GB stored in hard disk,to add more file you have to delete old ones

Uplink means your allowed upload speed,the higher the better and more expensive

Traffic means the amount of data that you are allowed to upload every month through you seedbox plan
some seedboxes have unlimited traffic,meaning that you can upload any possible amount of data without your upload speed decreased
I made more than 25 TB upload per month using one seedbox
other seedboxes restrict your amount of upload to specific size,EX 4 TB per month
