But if you want to go with a seedbox slot then there is Feral, pulsedmedia, ultraseedbox. There maybe a few more out there. But to be honest if you want any chance of creating a really good buffer on your accounts or being a dedicated uploader your going to have to bump up your budget slightly.
Side note: Depending on the tracker your using it on, in your price range the Kimsufi can add up to 4 TB buffer in a month (I setup one for a friend and he is at 3.38 TB out with only 832.93 GB in for this month). Here is also a comparisson of seedboxes someone did and posted on reddit.
