I have a seedbox with them, service and reliability was great until dec 2013, when I had to switch IP/server because of HW-failure. After that it has been a total mess, server is not responding, FTP transfers are stalling, and even the fibrenetworks.org have been down. Support is never answering, or answering many days after the support-ticket has been submitted. Are other fibrenetworks customers here in the same situation?
