want to learn someday.
20 years ago tried some C++ but it's nothing for me.
I'm more the person that tweaks.
Got a degree in computer science and hared learned html, php, c, a little javascript. Don't spend so much time coding these days though.
I did used to code a lot and made a living out of it. Now I don't, but I wished I had the time, which I don`t.
I know a little C and html. Programmed a few PIC microcontrollers using Flowcode. Flowcode is makes getting a PIC micro up and running in no time.
I used to dabble in it a few years ago. Stopped after a while. Can't imagine myself doing this for a living. Got too complicated at one point and I stopped.
Wow, as I see lot of you is coding or is interested about coding. I personally like coding, and I am able to code pretty good stuff. Sometimes I feel that I need some help, what I can never got since my problems are pretty complicated, so usually I do one of the following things:
- After thinking and testing stuff for several hours I found a solution and realize that it wasn't even so hard
- I try to bypass the problem and apply a temporary solution, which gives the feeling of everything works good. You need to be very caughtious with this solution, since if you do it too often, then your whole program will work completely inefficiently :(
- I totally give it up.
Yep professionally
I did it a lot a few years ago, programmed hacks for mostly MMOs and RPGs. I know basic, AS3 and a bit of C#... I ended up releasing most of them for free but made around $300 by uploading videos of me using them on YT with adverts and ad links. I never really got a formal education in it, mostly Googling here and there and ripping other people's source and changing it to make it better. I was a moderator on I believe one of the biggest hacking forums (MPGH) but eventually got banned for insulting the head mods and just shitposting, after that I stopped coding. It's fun when everything goes right I guess, but that usually doesn't happen. Coding is complicated, especially for someone that doesn't learn traditionally like me.
