client for the Bittorrent peer-to-peer file

i use qbittorrent, but only for a few weeks now, befor i always used utorrent.

qbittorrent is also very recommendable for utorrent users who don't want to pay or don't want to stay on old versions.

µtorrent on my desktop and deluge on seedboxes. Probably gonna switch to deluge on my desktop pretty soon.

I use only Tixati (portable mode), uTorrent, Transmission

Utorrent Is my first choice for a torrent client, Vuze, I use when I get error's.

I used to try different ones but finally I sticked to utorrent, as it works everywhere.

I chose uTorrent since always, but when I have over 100 torrents it crashes sometimes, I think I'm going to change any moment..

Yes, as above, uTorrent for many years but since it went in directions it originally said it never would, I now use qBittorrent.

Had used µTorrent in the past,
alas they sold out and they have been banned by some of my Private trackers.

I switched to qBittorrent,
which is also open source.

specify the NetWork InterFace to "Local Area Connection 2"
which I can Configure my VPN (PIA) to only use.
That way if my VPN drops off,
no traffic no detection.

I personally love Tixati... but some private trackers have banned it (not sure why)

qbitorrent is my main though. I have not played around with it much, but its a lot better than utorrent..

I agree with you about Vuze / BiglyBT. It's the only torrent app I could successfully get self hosted tracker function working with to privately host files for friends.

I used utorrent 2.2.1 for many years then switched to qbittorrent 4.1.7 since last year
both are amazing clients. fast peers speeds. no bugs. couldnt be happier

I tried to switch to qBittorrent from Utorrent, but qBittorrent download keeps getting stuck at stall. Eventually I switched back to Utorrent

Not to be trendy, but I would also vote for qBittorrent. Used to use uTorrent but the multi-platform availability of qBittorrent and its very stable performance won me over now a few years ago.

Go open-source.

Been using uTorrent for years, but qBittorrent seems to worth a try as many people mention it.

I use utorrent for Windows and qbittorrent for Linux (Ubuntu).

Only on seedboxes.
Transmission is good but slow to start.
rTorrent for tracker with quick pre.

deluge is great for <5k torrents. you need more torrents? move them to rtorrent. this works fine
