well I am planning to complete it before 12/07/2018, busy with studies right now I'll be free after 10 /07/2018 so thats why I am just looking everywhere so that I could get the best prices for the components I have selected.

these are the specs Im going for. can you recommend something under $870. some components they may be good coz I do not think the components I am going to buy are any good. I will take a look on them.

Since there is a budget issue I won't be recommending high-end gfx cards. The one you have mentioned above GTX 1060 it's top notch but you should get the one which is VR Ready it's a plus thing to have VR ready card which will not cost you much so you can enjoy some VR games and FAP stuff too or any movie :).

You should think of spending budget on motherboard what about Asus Strix Z370-F? As for PSU I don't know about your region but Corsair 550W would be enough to run everything. If you can name some games you play so I can recommend you something very cheaper for around 600$.
