Access to page (TI) problem!

I'm having a day-to-day access issue, this problem recovers after 24 hours, and I do not know if it's causing the problem.
I cleaned cookies and history - did not improve. A page I opened for the first time in my life gave a banned IP error, I can not understand. Do you have an idea?

You mean you have a problem accessing TorrentInvites?

First of all when you get the banned IP message try another browser. If you still get the same drop a PM to TheTrader and he will investigate

I've tried a lot of methods (uninstall browser-install / delete cookies, delete cache)
It was not a solution.
The problem was solved when I changed the DNS address.
Unfortunately, there are restrictions in my country
Instead of google DNS, I have set up Norton DNS and solved the problem
