I have always been about gameplay. I play some of the old atari and even nontendo games... paper boy and sonic 2 remain some of my favorite games... up there with chips challenge on Microsoft windows 98... that was replaced with mine sweeper... I feel they focus more on eye candy now then the story line... army of two is an prime example of that... the a when playing alone is worthless and sometimes tries to catch its own tail, not saying they all are that way... just more often then not anymore.

Gameplay over graphics atleast for multiplayer, for singleplayer games it kinda demands better graphics to keep me playing unless its a real masterpiece

IMO Gameplay is more important, because however good the graphics are, you're just gonna get used to looking at them, and eventually, any crap graphics are going to look good. But of course, the graphics can't be too bad, as most people nowadays are better used to good graphics.

Well graphics to be honest i'm more of a story based game kind of guy imagine playing a 50 year old game..... in this generation just no.. lol ^_^"

I like both, graphics and gameplay to. I like at a game to have a good gameplay, but I like to have graphics too.

Definitely gameplay you just have to look at the Mass Effect series everyone loved the original trilogy (other than the ending) then Andromeda came out and it looked sweet had solid combat but the story that made the first series so good just wasn't there so people weren't fans. Even with non story heavy games its still the gameplay that makes it like with the new doom games, they look pretty sweet too, but the fast paced combat with the music make it and give you that badass unstoppable feeling.

Gameplay, but who doesn't like a good graphics?
