Emulating Consoles
Hey all,
Anyone else in here emulating console games on pc?
I've been going up to about Wii with real controllers using an i7-2600k system and wondering if anyone has some advice on a "Plex for roms" kind of setup.
I've tried Launchbox and I found it to be a bit of a pain to work with, it seems to need a lot of hand holding to make it work but I might have to revisit it. I saw Snowflake being worked on (https://snowflakepowe.red/) anyone familiar with that project?
Anyone emulating anything more modern/beyond XBox/Wii?
PS3/4, Wii U/Switch?

I hate emulating so pass from me.

ps3 emulators are not possible, i read it somewhere, requires lot of processing.
Better to buy a console i guess.

PS3 emulation is getting better, especially with the new multi core cpu's that came out past year or so. Emulation requires more processing power because it basically does on the fly conversion of the instructions made for another totally different system.
It's better to just buy PS3 and jailbreak it. They are pretty cheap.
