Best 90's era PC game. Go!

My favorite is the Commander Keen Series. But Star Control and anything from LucasArts was pretty great too. What's your favorite?

Doom ! First FPS for me, it was a revelation. Later on it was Quake ! ^^

It's a toss up between Half-Life and System Shock 2 for me. Adore these games.
