Spongebob, that guy kicks ass!
It's got to be Walter White from Breaking Bad
If I can throw anime into the mix, I'd like to proffer Dragon Ball Super's Zamasu.
The development of his character arc is absolutely fascinating from my perspective not only because it's perhaps the first time the shonen franchise actually charts the origins of an antagonist in media res but also because it serves as something of an 'out-of-genre' experience since Zamasu ― for all intents and purposes ― apotheoses into something that can't be defeated via combat.
Indeed, taking a psychological approach to Zamasu, it's intriguing to see how his character arc actually parallels the different aspects of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
[Spoiler Alert]
Case in point, Present Zamasu starts off as a covert narcissist whose loss to Goku in a sparring match creates a narcissistic wound fueling the narcissistic rage that drives Goku Black and Future Zamasu as divine beings to embark on their genocidal Zero Mortals Plan whereupon they become overt narcissists.
From there, the two eventually merge into Fused Zamasu whose narcissistic elation upon undergoing his apotheosis crowns the character's malignant narcissism ― an utter sight and eminently quote-worthy joy to behold every step of the way!
[Spoiler Alert]
