3 Idiots - An Indian movie (No I'm not an Indian) and it was hilarious.. I highly recommend it.
Last movie I seen in theatres was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows:Part 2. Such an epic movie. Last movies I seen overall were Legend of the Fist:Return of Chen Zhen and Flash Point. I'm a huge Donnie Yen fan so I had to check those 2 movies out

Since everyone else is simply posting movie names, I thought I'd post a personal short (or rather long) movie review:
Right from the start the cast of this movies sells it a bit, with Kevin Spacey, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Irons, Simon Baker and Demi Moore, give it a star line up. Normally any film about finances tends not to be the most exciting of subjects, however when it is done well they can become great films. Of course Wall Street springs to mind, documentaries such as Inside Job and for a parody of finances and the stock market a film such as Boiler Room I would think of. This is a good film but there is elements that let it down and stop it from being great. There is a solid cast as previously mentioned and the performances from all of them is convincing and they play their parts well. In reality you wouldn't expect less from actors like Kevin Spacey who can carry almost any role.
The story looks at the start of the financial crisis within a 24 hour period. It follows a number of employees from junior traders to senior traders and executives with Kevin Spacey as Sam Rogers the head of trading Paul Bettany as Will Emerson a senior trader and Jeremy Irons as John Tuld the CEO, as they go through the process of saving both their firm and their jobs, taking risks selling off toxic assets to lower their risk. This story line is fast paced and intelligent there is clear direction and plot throughout this is ultimately a film of people covering their behinds and shifting both blame and responsibilities onto others. The ruthlessness of the banking sector is exposed in what I would consider an honest and accurate but brutal account.
Tension is built and there is the claustrophobic feel to the film as you are paraded through the offices, introduced to characters at the start rapidly and without dwelling upon any of them. I enjoyed this the pace I thought was spot on.
I have to criticize it very slightly for the complexity I personally enjoyed it, it forced me to pay attention to everything that was going on, some of the lingo in regard to the stock market, margins and positions I would have preferred to be simpler or to have expanded up them slightly so there was a good understanding from everyone that watched it. This would have made it more enjoyable for many, I personally didn't have this issue and as i said the complex nature was very good.
I highly recommend this film, it will have you in despair at the actions of banks and those on the markets and at points wondering how the industry could be so ruthless. I will just say pay attention throughout or you could get lost easily.
