MCU and its future !

Good evening everyone,

Like many, I'm a big fan of superheroes, DC comics and the MCU, we all like to dream. But, the problem, if there is one, our favorite actors although we get attached to them for years, well, they are not eternal IRL.
They get older and their life takes another turn, they have other desires, other projects.

Lately, since Avengers Endgame, I took an emotional slap, when I knew that most of this same cast was going to stop their career as superheroes, to make way for young people

So, my little question: and you, what is your position on this? Are you afraid of those who will take over? do you trust people in the MCU like Kevin Feige? Do you think that Marvel reached its great glory with Endgame and will never be as good in the years to come?
