Encoders With Hard-Subs???

Hi People

Can anyone tell me of any encoders that do hard-coded subs for there movies please as watch alot of films and most of the times im downloading movies that require the hard coded subs but they never have them...

World War Z i see has dropped and that movie will need hard coded subs so looking for the right encode to downloaded that has the hard coded subs for the foreign parts
