This is a tough one. Some very good movies in there. But I have to say my favourite is The Usual Suspects.
I've yet to see original The Italian Job but I've heard it's really good. I've been disheartened because of the awful remake.
Honourable mention to Reservoir Dogs which imo could've made the list.

Heat. The shootout scene is probably the best action scene ever filmed.
