Not necessarily.. I didn't get accepted for at least a week. It depends on how many applications they receive vs the number of staff sorting through them :)

Try to add at least 4 other trackers where you got good ratio

I think the text part dosn't matter that much , just explain them why you want to join this tracker (like what you need on it) , and what you will do to contribute (seeding or uploading etc)
