If you notice the link preregistered.php, you can find that it's pre-registration only.
This game is a kind of open-application where everyone can apply, but the winners are the luckiers ;)

It would be great if someone can keep us updated about the end date for the pre-registration period, so we can check whether we won when it ends :D So far, no date is mentioned anywhere, even when I tried using my code, the error message I got just said the period isn't over yet, without detailing when it will be over...
