If my memory serves me right they choose 100 people with every lottery.
No info though regarding the participants of every lottery, but for sure it varies.

If you're lucky, you will get an invite to signup on mail (and you will have 24 hours only to signup).
However, if you get this message: "很抱歉，本次你沒有被抽中", it means that you are "Unlucky, you have not drawn an invitation."

I got in !!!! And this was my first try ever. Hell, I learned about this tracker just 3 weeks ago. I feel lucky lol

I was just wondering, how many people do actually apply (on an average each round) ? Anyone have any idea ? 500 ? 1000 ? 5000 ? (can't be more than this right ?)
EDIT: Never mind, just read the posts above. Looks like only the top guys know the info
