I am not able to login to my DT account. I remember the account email Id, the user Id and password but am unable to login. Thinking that I have forgot password I had reset it, but still I am unable to login because my username contained some superscript letters. And since the new platform accepts plain alphabets only and no special characters or superscripts I am unable to login. Even sent a PM to virgo1 but haven't received any response yet. Pls help me to login to DT.
I also would like to mention that even the new URL https://desitorrents.tv also doesn't get launched. It's not opening on two of the network providers I have which are BSNL n Jio.
