Yeah, sir, u r absolutely right, As I said in the post I think it's open. I am using a VPN at that time and it worked for me. So I think it will be a great help if I share it. If I did something wrong plz tell me. I'm an absolute beginner in torrents and this site also. Thank u, sir.
