The same thing happened to me yesterday.
I applied again, and the second time, it went through.
If the application goes through, you'll get a message that says something to the effect that the application went through, and then you'll be taken to: https://blutopia.cc/login
If you're not taken to that page, I don't think the application went through.

I reapplied also and it went through fine this time. Thanks.

Looks like the application is closed. Has anyone heard back?
