I got an invitation through this channel. But it was like 3 yeas ago...
Since then, I lost my account for inactivity or something.

"No invites until Russia admits they were behind the Korean war all along! Might take awhile. Type !help to waste your time."

From what i understand, to even be considered for this tracker one is required to not only live IN south korea, but also have a PHENOMENAL internet connection. This way they maintain extreme speed on all of their torrents, and keep all "unwanteds" out. *shrug* I hear its rather impossible to get in.
