Tracker Description

Web4Sync has been around now for about 2 years the forum is dedicated to bringing together web designers in a Utopian setting. The member list is growing quickly with over a thousand members so far. The general vibe on the site is very cool and an upbeat spirit is felt from the get go upon registration.
The site is regularly updated by both administrators/moderators with premium content and of course by a community of active subscribers. Web4Sync is a goldmine :top:for web design resources (you name it)!

The word on the street is that W4S is of Tp2p lineage. So if you were a part of that community or wanted to be a part of it but could never get it in … W4S is your second chance.

No need to make any ridiculous donations or maintaining of ratios. Just be a Good Samaritan by being active, helpful and maintain a spirit of sharing and you will fit right in. :thrasher:

Nicely done.

I just wanna add that after new Admin takeover, he is just trying to make W4S commercial (mean good only for donors), even he have created a different community for donors. Every day or two members receive PM of new offers to buy VIP & now Admin main focus is just VIP sale, I admit donations are important but forced donation ruin Pirates phrase - 'Sharing is Caring'

Note - It is my point of view for W4S. Free feel add yours.

Yes you are right about the occasional VIP forum sales pitch! But its for SEO services+tools+plugins which is independent of what W4S is all about re: Web-Design/Graphics which is all gratis to W4S members. I guess its just an awareness campaign per se the owner(s) of W4S do once in a while that a complementary offering is available should a user be interested. Site Owners prerogative I guess! And I totally agree it does somewhat taint the whole Sharing is Caring concept, but maintenance costs do add up! Like you say though you cant force it which as a user of W4S for past few months I never felt I was being forced into anything (which I would despise too)!!

@oscar81 I agree with you & support donation. But my point is different members can support in different way then why access to exclusive area to donors only? - Suppose you are active very member of W4S & sharing 1000+ contents but still you won't get access to exclusive areas.

Almost all tracker give promotions & access to some exclusive area to members who fulfill their requirements no matter if they had donated or not. Even here (at TI) we allow member to excess VIP area if they are active & contributing to community.

I suppose now you are getting my POV :P

Completely agree donations should not be strictly limited to a monetary form (money aint everything ya' know http://torrentinvites.org/images/smilies/tongue.gif). A user that adds to the quality of the community via contributions and /or being active should definitely be merited accordingly.

You are wrong. Web4sync forum is Web design forum and all content is on Web4sync (themes, plugins, scripts....). Web4sync VIP forum is about SEO (softwares). There is no exclusive areas like you say here or there.
How i se you like more Weboas.is so you are not objective but its fine for me.
But you can think whatevery you want.

Pardon me if I offend you but we are just sharing our views over W4S. Btw I'm not fan of Weboas.is neither I had compared both, in my reply above I had just cleared @mastermorpheus question.

As per W4S VIP only have SEO Tools but Admin punch line is -

Its true there is no exclusive area as they have separate community (with different domain) for VIP

I repeat I'm not in favor or against of any community/ tracker or buying VIP/ donation, it is just some odd rules or negligence of members efforts what concern me. I suppose every member efforts count & best among them should be rewarded (it motivate others too). Our Admin @TheTrader monitor every members efforts & reward them on 1st of every month irrespective they are donor or not.

Kindly tell be a general discussion & don't take it personally. I never meant to hurt anyone.

I'm agree with DGM,when i have seen the welcome email and when i see that 'Normal user slot cost 10$ and its per lifetime!', my pov is that everyone should have access free like torrentinvites.org with VIP or like VIP section for pay the hosting cost or others ...

I dont agry with you, this kinde of forum cant be open and cant be how you say. Web4Sync buy themes for real money (users share to) and imagine to give every one to get in, this forum will be down faster than shooting star! I pay for HDChina to get in and wher is a problem.
How i know forum have some security for users and every user need to pay this (for IP protection and user info).
But maybe it will be the best to ask owner of the Web4sync for this.
But who like can go and ask. I use this forum and i like it!
