TorViet a Vietnamese general private tracker where most parts of its interface are in English. It is the home of the famous encoder EPiK who is well know for perfect quality in decent mHD size. Both P2P and Scene releases are allowed there and they come with very good speeds. Many HDbits.org encodes like VietHD and TayTO are uploaded there. It has shut down for months then came back after changing tracker name and domain as it was formally called HDVNbits.org. It has good bonus system which can be transferred into upload credits and invites. Pre-Times are sometimes very fast and other times average. Community is very good and helpful and not too many rules are enforced. Like most Asian trackers,you can't change your mail after registration and their forum is only in Vietnamese.
