If you like Sceneaccess.org/SCC, but you don't want to waste ratio on their Browse section, then you'll like TorrenTing. TorrenTing brings out the newest of scene releases to you. :)
They have a dedicated seeder on most things. Their speeds are decent through my eyes. Anywhere from 300KB to 800KB from the dedicated seeder, but with others seeding, I have managed to pull off 3MB to 4MB a second. :)
