TorrentBD is a 0 Day General torrent tracker from Bangladesh. TorrentBD is the best (not only in Bangladesh but also including india and pakisthan) and one of the last surviving private torrent tracker {after the death of CrazyHD (One of the biggest, with more than 500k+ users)} of this country. This tracker offers BDIX speed for Bangladeshi users. Which means, Bangladeshi users can download with extra speed than their regular internet speed. TorrentBD was founded in 2010. TBD has approximately 228k+ registed users and number of torrents are 514k+ (inclusing dead and active, almost 110k+ torents are active).
TorrentBD is well known for it's pretime (You will find any releases the fasted way possible, even sometimes faster then HD-Torrents; Personal thought though). TorrentBD has a good collection of Hollywood and Bollywood & a lot of other Non-English Movies and Series, From 720p to 4k UHD; It also has a huge collection of Tutorials from Udemy, Skillshare, LinkedingLearning and others e-Learning sites like these. You can compare with any tutorial specilazied tracker with only tutorials category. Adult content is not allowed. Other than that you will also find Games, eBook, Softwares, Sports torrents, Audio-Book, Music, Anime and lot of other category torernts.
Users are also allowed to upload. In fact, for ranking up (Elite and Upper classes) you will need to have some uploads of your own. There are more than hundreads torrents per day on avarage. They have an active request section, where users can make request for any torrents and also fill other's requests. On TorrentBD tutorials category requests gets filled very fast. [b]One important thing I should mention, though this is a Bangladeshi tracker, for the survial and not facing any law the TBD authority decided to not allow Banladeshi contents. So, TorrentBD being a Bangladeshi tracker you won't find any Bangladeshi releases here.[b] But there have some alternavites (IYKYK).

They also have a great Anime encoding team named END. You will find their encodes in some other reputed trackers too. Users are also allowed to upload torrents from some other sources/release groups. Also there is a lot of releases (from differnet encoders/sources) available for every movie category.
Maintaining ratio is very easy here. Torrent size over 10 GB are always freeeleech. Internal releases are also freeleech. Seedtime is 48 hours after you download 15% of any torrent. If you failed to seed 48 hours, you can zap with cupon and seedbonus (though the seedbonus cost will increase 50% every time you use SB to zap HnR). If you get 1.1 ratio, You'll have to seed for 12 hours to avoid HnR.
TorrentBD forum is very active and you will get a lot of helpful posts and suggestions for your problem both in their own language (which is Bengali) and in English too.. TBD doesn't have IRC. Shoutbox is also very active here. The site UI is awesome and very responsive. Extremely Mobile Friendly.
In conclution if you are Bangladeshi TBD will be the best Choice for you. But getting inside is harder in TBD (if you don't have any TBD user friend or their official group access on social media platforms). Currently TBD has a Referral system. If somehow you managed to get a Referral you have to answer some basic questions about the site and torrenting. After you submitted the answer the staff will them check within 32 hours and will decide to let you in or not, means there is no guaranty that after getting a Referral you can join TorrentBD. And, Another thing to mention that they don't allow users outside of BD at the moment.
