Torrent-Ultra is a private Turkish tracker. Site and forums language is Turkish but there's also English preface available too. They have their own release group, TORA (TOrrent-ultRa, yeah, we are talking about creativity guys). Their pretimes are fast, especially Turkey only torrents. Maintaining good ratio is very easy, due to bonus system. You get points uploading torrents, posting on forums, hourly -based onto seeded torrents- etc. They have almost everything -except porn- at very good speeds. Their forums are not the best but definetely good, staff and members are friendly.
