Tracker Rules:

Accounts are disabled by the system when:

-They don't comply with ratio warnings.
-They are inactive for 60 days.

Accouns are disabled by the administration when:

-Multinicks (both will be disabled) - 1 IP = 1 account;
-Fake share;
-Sending invites to himself;
-Cheating the tracker;
-Bad invitees;
-A warning is given by Hit n' Runs. If it persists the account will be banned for 3 days. 3 Hit n' Run warnings = ban.
-Posting links for cracks/serials.
-Pub.

Userclasses/Promotion

Utilizador (User): Can download torrents, send PMs and comment.
Power User: Can download torrents, send PMs, comment and view NFO's
Super Power User: Can view NFO's and upload new torrents but these must be approved by a moderador or an admin.
VIP: During this time the user isn't affected by ratio rules and the download isn't counted.
Uploader: Can send his own torrents or other users' torrents.
Moderador (Moderator): Can edit and delete torrents, ban users and has access to all the areas of the tracker except the admin area.
Administrador (Admin): Has access to all the areas of the tracker and full privileges.
Sysop: Has access to all the areas of the tracker and full privileges. He's the coder.

The promotion is made at administration discretion when the conditions are met. The contact will be made formally via IRC or PM.
Except for Power User which is automatic. Must have 25GB uploaded, a 1.05 ratio never decreasing from 0.95 and been a member for 28 days.

Invites:

Utilizador (User): 1 invite per week
Power User: 2 invites pw
Super Power User: 5 invites pw
VIP: 6 invites pw
Uploader: 7 invites pw
Moderador (Moderador): 70 invites pw
Administrador (Admin): 70 invites pw
Sysop: 70 invites pw

Must have ratio>1; been a member for more than 2 weeks and have uploaded 25GB.

Content: 3/5 - Only 1395 torrents but quantity isn't necessarily quality. Has some exclusive content.
Speed: 3/5 - Average. Good on popular torrents.
Community: 3/5 - Forums aren't very active because they're used mainly for help/information/requests. Great staff.

It's the oldest active portuguese tracker and one of the best.
Seeders-Team doesn't have an option for parking the users' accounts but staff reactivates them on the IRC channel upon request so that isn't a big problem. It has a great DVD-R section. Worth taking a look[/QUOTE]
