SceneFZ is one of the best ratioless tracker out here , it has great Content and the pretimes are pretty amazing ,
You can the find the latest Movies , Games , software , Tv Shows but also some old ones too that are very well seeded.
They have a policy on some old torrents to be seeded 30 days , but seeding them it will earn you Invites and other things from the Market..
I use this one mostly for TV shows in packs..they have good Internal encoders like FZHD and FZSD , A great tracker to have!!

SceneFZ is good general ratio free tracker but their internal team don't encode and the just rename the scene releases in most cases and they add Romanian subtitles to them. That is why their internals are prohibited in high quality trackers.

Maybe to TV shows , but for Movies I personally Know a few Encoders there that work really hard to encode...
