SceneAccess is almost the oldest and biggest scene tracker that was born in 2006. The name SceneAccess reveals the face that this tracker is mainly for scene release so not many P2P files are found there. All packs used to be freeleech but they changed this rule recently and now only donors have this feature so SceneAccess is now one of the hardest trackers to seed and keep good ratio especially with the lack of bonus points. They have many rules and the are banning a lot of countries so it is not the perfect place for everyone now. Pre times are perfect and faster than many other trackers. All files at SceneAccess are rared. Most users are using very fast seedboxes so unless you are using seedbox and you know how to cross seed and useautodl_irssi plugin, it will be very hard to keep good ratio.
