Its not a torrent tracker anymore, but a place where people can talk about anything, and almost anything is allowed in there, including posting serial key and so on.
The site have the rumor that "you can get all elite tracker invites from there" this is NOT true, it is right that many staff members on elite trackers are there, but see rule number 9 -> but you can get friends in there that can get you in everywhere.
This is a 6 years old trackers/ now forum, only with "elite members" so the knowledge in there are crazy, and people really help each other !

Go 2 years back, and it was a very nice tracker/forum, with All the elite torrentpeople out there :)

All these private torrent forum/communities require you to invest time in them and you can't express yourself freely most of the time cause you don't want to step on nobody's shoes. IMO The'yre all a waste of time (in my experience at least)
Best forum is Fst. The only Place where you can do or say whatever you want and you don't have to be friends with anybody that you don't like just because you're both part of a "closed tight-knit community".

revolt is actually pretty much dead nowadays and rarely you may see a post in forums ...yes it's true there are lots of elite guys and staffers in therebut NO you may not request anything in there for you might see yourself banned the next day for disrupting the peace
